Angelique Davis took her love for baking and turned it into something far beyond your average sugar rush with Half & Half Bakery. She’s convinced that a slice of cake can time-travel you back to your favorite moments, and she’s on a mission to make those moments happen for others.
“At the heart of everything we do is our mission to create spaces where community and experience meet,” Davis said. “Whether through our desserts, markets, cake classes, or events, our goal has always been to bring people together and create meaningful moments.”

What began as a custom cake obsession has snowballed into a whole dessert empire. Half & Half Bakery now rolls out goodies at special events via mobile bakeries, spices things up with community markets, makes parties better with dessert bars and they just opened their adorable Sugar Cube pop-up. Along the way, they’ve racked up titles like Best Bakery in Katy and Best Dessert Shop, plus nabbed a feature in KNOW Houston Volume 1.
