“What drew us
to Grange were
the down-home
vibes and the
feeling of being
back at home.”
Jacob and Danielle Moore have lived in
Katy for 10 years but were looking for a
new home that would serve their children's
needs. They also wanted a place that felt like
a hometown. In Grange, they found both.

She and Jacob were thrilled to work with
Highland’s Jason Leff, who accommodated them
with thoughtful customizations to the home
for their daughter, who uses a wheelchair. But
that’s not all they love about their new home. The
stone fireplace adds plenty of wow factor, and
the kitchen’s wood-stained cabinets and massive
island truly make it the heart of the home.
“I don’t think there was anything we didn’t like,”
Danielle said.
And it’s not just their home that they love. Thanks
to events planned by Grange’s Lifestyle Director,
Alyssa Brewer, residents have been able to get
to know their neighbors. Alyssa hosts a variety of
events both within the community and at local hot
spots—like Main Event, Katy Beer Garden, and
Home Run Dugout—bringing neighbors together
and fostering connection.
“The goal of Grange aligns perfectly with what
we wanted,” Danielle said, “a close community,
people we enjoy being around and a feeling
of home.”
